What obligations in the contract am I allegedly bound to perform? Did I agree to it? Was the contract valid? Was mutual consideration exchanged? What type of consideration was exchanged? What is in the contract that I am supposed to perform? Was I aware of the contract? Was the contract fully disclosed? Did I sign the contract with my autograph in ink? Statutory laws are public servant codes for society’s slaves; for agents of government. We’re all presumed to be employees and servants of the state. But, we’re servants of God instead; students of the earth, charged with its cultivation and care.
